Moonshine Beach
In the spring of 2016 there was flooding in Southwest Mo. and specifically at Table Rock Lake. At Moonshine Beach, below the Chateau on the Lake, there was a small block wall commissioned by the Corps of Engineers that washed out and failed. Since this wall was only a few years old, the Corps opted to have the wall rebuilt using Redi-Rock.
The small block were removed and approximately 400 Limestone-textured Redi-Rock retaining wall blocks were produced by SI Precast and shipped from our Springfield plant. In 2018 and 2019 even more significant flooding occurred on Table Rock and, although the top of the Redi Rock walls were well below the flood waters, the block were not affected once the waters receded.
