The Oaks in Tulsa

Cascading down the hillside and separated by short Redi-Rock Limestone-textured retaining walls, 15 luxury homes create the beautiful Oaks subdivision in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The development sits across the street from The Oaks Country Club and features a beautiful lake with a center fountain as well as an across-the-water putting green. Built in in 2007 by Ron Smith, this relatively small neighborhood was created when Mr. Smith chose to create several home sites by creating level building pads, and separated each lot with a short Limestone retaining walls. This creates flat lots on what normally would be unusable terrain. SI Precast of Tulsa, Oklahoma supplied the several hundred retaining wall blocks required for this project.
