Wastewater Treatment for Amistad National Recreation Area
This wastewater treatment project serves a ranger station and a border patrol checkpoint in the Amistad National Recreation Area for the National Park Service. The wastewater treatment system consists of a 7500 gallon and a 6000 gallon septic tank, along with a lift station that pumps to a lagoon. The new system replaced a failing poured-in-place wastewater treatment system. The precast concrete septic tanks are modular and have about 1500 gallon capacity per lift.
SI Precast offers an extensive selection of wastewater treatment products to be used in both residential and commercial projects. Visit our page on Wastewater to learn more.
